4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 Deposit Methods

All deposits must be made from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and reversal of the deposit.

5. Withdrawals & Processing

Higher withdrawal limits may be available for VIP players. Exceptionally large withdrawal requests may be paid in installments as determined by jl699.

jl699 does not charge fees for standard withdrawal requests. However, your payment provider or bank may impose transaction fees. jl699 reserves the right to charge processing fees for excessive withdrawal requests or withdrawals below the minimum specified threshold.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including eligibility requirements, wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. 9.3 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, jl699 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use our Services. In no event shall jl699's total liability exceed the amount deposited into your account in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

9.4 Third-Party Services

10. Account Termination

10.1 Termination by Player

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure request, any remaining account balance (excluding bonus funds and pending bonuses) will be returned to the player after completion of all pending transactions and verifications. Account closure does not release you from any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to closure.

10.2 Termination by jl699

jl699 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious behavior
• Failure to provide requested verification documents
• Abusive or threatening conduct toward staff or other players
• Multiple account violations
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers
• Chargebacks or payment disputes
• Self-exclusion requests or responsible gaming concerns

10.3 Effects of Termination

Upon account termination for cause, jl699 reserves the right to forfeit any account balance, including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds. Terminated accounts cannot be reopened. Any attempt to create new accounts following termination constitutes a material breach and will result in immediate closure of the new account and forfeiture of all funds.

11. Intellectual Property

Closure requests following Terms modifications will be processed in accordance with Section 10.1 above.
